Dust off that Campari bottle on your bar and get ready to celebrate Negroni Week. As one can imagine, the cocktail masters and mavens of New Orleans will have plenty of ways to do so.
Proceeds for many of this week's Negronis will benefit the New Orleans Musicians Assistance Foundation (NOMAF), which provides support for the city's musicians through low cost health care and initiatives like Safe Sounds, which seeks to monitor decibel levels in clubs and bars to protect the hearing and ear health of musicians and bar staff. (There are a few exceptions for other local worthy causes like Hogs for the Cause, Boy's Hope Girl's Hope, and Women With A Vision.)
Aided by the excellent work of Anne Berry for the Gambit and Laura McKnight with NOLA.com/Times Picayune, Eater NOLA presents a map of but just a few places to celebrate the classic and delicious Negroni cocktail this week.
