COOLinary is one of the best things about the dog days of summer in New Orleans, the annual dining promotion from August 1 to September 13 that dishes two-course lunches and three-course dinners for pretty reasonable prices. Usually there’s a flurry of reservation snagging from hungry diners interested in getting great deals at swank spots, but this year’s Coolinary is the first to offer most menus for takeout and delivery too. There are 71 restaurants in the mix — here is a sampling of Eater’s top picks for the best of the bunch. And remember, these specials don’t include tax or a generous tip. And if you find yourself across the lake, St. Tammany’s Taste of Summer campaign dishes equally tasty deals.

Did we miss your favorite New Orleans Coolinary deal? Leave a comment or send an email.
