While home cooks across the country use the stay-at-home order to try bread-baking, sometimes it’s best to leave it to the professionals. Luckily, the options for fresh baked goods in New Orleans have increased and diversified in recent years, and many of the city’s best bakeries are currently open for curbside pickup or delivery in accordance with local guidelines.

This is a list of some, not all, of the bakeries that are currently selling bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other baked wares for pickup or delivery in New Orleans. With today’s ever-changing circumstances, we recommend calling or checking each bakery’s website or social media accounts to confirm the most current information.

Not seeing a New Orleans bakery open for takeout or delivery? Has a bakery on the map suspended either service? Let us know.
