The 1000 Figs team made a name with the Fat Falafel food truck, and the falafel sandwich at their Bayou St. John brick-and-mortar keeps up the reputation. Pair with the incredible fries, of course, and slather it all in garlic aioli. [Side note: Also home to a killer, huge smoked chicken salad sandwich]
