January 20, the day that will live in infamy for Saints fans, is still just about the only thing anyone can talk about in New Orleans. And on Super Bowl Sunday, typically one of the busiest days of the year for bars and pubs, at least a dozen spots are offering customers a safe haven from the game, instead airing the Saints’ 2010 championship game, highlights from the 2009 season, and the Puppy Bowl.
In addition to the list below, the Boycott Bowl music festival will shut down Fulton Street from Girod to Lafayette and feature a host of New Orleans musicians (Choppa included), and food and drink vendors from noon to 10 p.m., and there’s even an official parade in the French Quarter to mourn the untimely ending of the Saints season.
