Sassafras, a Gentilly restaurant known for its Creole soul food like stuffed bell peppers, seafood pasta, and fried catfish topped with shrimp étouffée, is opening a second location as part of the Wyndham Garden Baronne Plaza Hotel in the CBD, reports Ian McNulty.
While the menu will mostly stay the same, the new restaurant will have a full bar and serve brunch on the weekends.
