Carl’s Fried Chicken Is Back at the Fountain Lounge

HAPPIEST HOUR—The Fountain Lounge at The Roosevelt New Orleans is introducing a new whole-week happy hour to celebrate its 125th anniversary. Mondays bring the re-introduction of Carl’s Fried Chicken and traditional sides; Tuesdays through Thursdays from 5:30pm until 7 is a DIY cocktail station, where folks can make their own cocktails with Tito’s Vodka and various accoutrements like fresh fruits and herbs.
