The French Quarter’s Mona Lisa restaurant will open an Uptown outpost at 4306 Magazine Street, the Uptown Messenger reported, bringing with it an Italian-American menu of garlic bread, calzones and subs, pizzas, and entrees like eggplant parm, shrimp scampi, and baked ziti.
According to the report, owners plan to keep the hours the same as the French Quarter location, which are listed on the restaurant’s website as 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday; closed on Tuesdays.
The French Quarter location, decorated with hundreds of versions of the Mona Lisa, has operated for over 30 years. It will remain open.
