The Mason Jar American Kitchen Heading for Metairie

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts has a new casual, American restaurant in the works. A Craigslist ad appears to indicate the new location will be at 4517 Esplanade Avenue in Metairie, which used to house a daiquiri shop and cafe. According to the ad:

The Mason Jar Kitchen (like the original jar) is deeply rooted in the neighborhood and family aesthetic. It signifies a simpler and hand-made approach to mainstream American restaurants. A visit to the Big Easy Cafe, where Mason Jar will be located, confirmed that the spot is “closed for renovations.” Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is the quick-multiplying restaurant group behind Broussard's, NOSH, Kingfish, and Big Easy Daiquiris.
