  • Boudin, Bourbon, and Beer, the charitable event from the Emeril Lagasse Foundation featuring the boudin workings of over 60 chefs from around the country and many, many tastes of bourbon and beer, hits Champion’s Square on November 3, 2017 — and ticket sales have opened.
