Brunch dishes include blue crab toast with cauliflower, brie, shaved fennel, and pickled lemon; banana beignets with bacon, strawberries, and pecan cane syrup; ricotta frittata with charred broccoli rabe, marinated tomatoes, and pickled chiles; crawfish pie benedict with oyster mushrooms, poached egg, and Crystal hollandaise; and crispy oyster croque madame with tasso, green chile fonduta, brioche, and a sunny side egg. Brunch is served Friday, Saturday and Monday, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. [GAMBIT]
