We now know more — way more(!) — about that opening day of hotly anticipated brewpub Parleaux Beer Lab. The 634 Lesseps St. tap room will have a soft opening this week: Friday, April 14, from 4p.m. to 8p.m., reports Gambit.

After the soft opening day, the hours get a bit more complicated: on Saturday and Sunday through April 23, it’s open 1p.m. to 8p.m. Starting April 27, it’s open on Thursdays and Fridays from 3p.m. until 10p.m.; Saturdays noon until 10p.m.; Sundays noon to 8p.m. Got all that? Good.

Parleaux co-founder and head brewer Eric Jensen told Gambit that he’s got four beers brewed and ready to go for the soft opening. Jensen has: an IPA, a farmhouse ale, a rooibos German altbier and a Kolsch brewed with lemongrass. In future, Parleaux will feature 12 taps of beer, along with a 10-barrel system.

Parleaux’s official grand opening is happening June 3, a Saturday.
