Of course, Teigen could always pay a visit to the Eater New Orleans forums where readers chimed in last spring on the best destinations for gumbo (hot tip: the homemade stuff is always best) or check out James Beard Award semifinalist Turkey and the Wolf for some “unorthodox gumbo” action. Sadly, Tiana’s is not really an option unless she’s planning to take a Disney cruise.
