Flamingo A-Go-Go, a gargantuan new restaurant and bar from fast-expanding Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts, is coming to the Warehouse District before Thanksgiving and bringing with it 45 taps for beer, batch cocktails, wine. Seating will be spread over 14,000 square feet and include a 14-person table on top of the flatbed of a “deuce-and-a-half” (army cargo truck), the Advocate reports.

Flamingo A-Go-Go will take over the spot that was formerly the Warehouse Grille, but perhaps most remembered for housing Polynesian Joe’s and its outdoor volleyball courts before Katrina.

Geared for “impromptu group outings,” the space will have 7,000 square feet of seating outside and another 7,000 square feet inside. The outside dining space will be adorned with a fountain wall, a pergola, and that “deuce-and-a-half.” Burgers, fish, and “comfort food standards” will make up the menu at the casual restaurant and bar.
