Actress Blake Lively, who stars in the forthcoming film "All I See Is You,” went on Good Morning America on Monday to talk about the film and, importantly, what she likes to eat in New Orleans, reported Todd Price.
When she visits, she heads to Stein’s Deli for “The Rachael - extra crispy”, she shared during a segment with Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts, who hails from the Pass Christian area. The Rachael is a sandwich of hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on rye bread. Ordering it “extra crispy” means toasted bread and crispy meat.
The Gossip Girl alumnus also mentioned restaurant Lilette as a favorite, which was added to the New Orleans Eater 38 this fall. According to a 2011 story in the Gambit, the actress has been going to Lilette for years.
