MARIGNY— The Dragon's Den has a new eatery Asian Kitchen from chef Nick Giles, who also operates Fry & Pie at Hi Ho.  Pan-Asian snack foods include yakitori, General Tso chicken tenders and a BLT bao. WAREHOUSE DISTRICT— Lucy's Retired Surfer's Bar has reopened after a major million dollar revamp with double the bar space downstairs and a new upstairs dining room and bar, Ian McNulty reports.  A completely new menu features fish tacos, avocado fries, queso, mussels and much more. UPTOWN— Shawarma On The Go has opened with Middle Eastern eats at the Jetgo gas station on Magazine, Todd Price reports, with falafel and gyro platters, wraps and sandwiches, po boys, cheese steaks and more from Kuwait native and chef Osama Albassisi. NORTH BROAD— Chef Scott's Creole Barbecue has landed in the renovated and rebranded Whoo Doo BBQ spot on the edge of the Treme and Bayou St. John with a raw bar and live music to come. Pitmaster Dimeitrieck Scott— a Delgado grad and Windsor Court/Monteleone alum— specializes in ribs and lots of smoked meats (steak, fish, jerk chicken) and is known for his line of Whoo Doo BBQ sauces.
