Here's a look inside Part & Parcel, the new modern delicatessen from Root empire. The sleek new eatery inside the South Market District's booming Paramount building is home to housemade charcuterie, sandwiches, and salads from chef du cuisine Michael Mericle, along with a full bar featuring face bacon bourbon, local beers, and more.
As Todd Price reported earlier this week, a full retail section is coming soon—which Phillip Lopez has previously described as being akin to a grungier Dean & Deluca. The mural that covers the length of the restaurant was painted by Part & Parcel's own manager Jake Lebas along with Tim Morgan.
