MID CITY— Keith Spera reports that this year's Bayou Boogaloo was a success, despite a brief fence controversy and somebody stealing $6,000 from the VIP bar on the closing night.  That being said, the festival "may start charging admission as a way to control growth and guarantee a revenue stream."  [Advocate]
