Fritai, a new Haitian eatery from Boston-transplants Charly Pierre and Eva Chereches, is now open in the St. Roch Market, Todd Price reports. The menu features fried pork, wings, a plantain and pork sandwich and more.
What's more, Price reports that the market now has a new second-generation Vietnamese stall T2 Streetfood from Tung Nguyen, whose family runs Westbank stalwart Thahn Thahn. The menu also throws in a few surprises alongside pho and banh mi including bao inspired by Eddie Huang and a redfish roti.
