WAREHOUSE DISTRICT— Lucy's Retired Surfers Bar officially reopens on Tchoup this week, Ian McNulty reports. The bar was temporarily operating as 701 Tchoup due to a legal dispute between the operators and founder, Bruce Rampick. A new operator Kirkendoll Management has just signed a 100-year licensing agreement to use the Lucy's name. Dickie Brennan's Group alum Jorge Henriquez has been hired to oversee the comeback.
