NOLA— This week Ian McNulty takes a look at a classic New Orleans seafood oddity, the seafood boat, a veritable seafood platter served in a hollowed-out loaf of toasted white bread that you can still find at Deanie's on Hayne, Kenner Seafood and elsewhere. [Advocate]
