NOLA— Todd Price reports that current Camellia Grill owner Hicham Khodr still has "the right to use the Camellia Grill name and trademarks at the original location," as upheld by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday. A legal fight over the trademark has been ongoing since 2008, when former owner Michael Schwartz tried to stop Khodr from using the name. [NOLA.com]
