FRENCH QUARTER— A new location of burger and slider spot Dis & Dem has just opened inside the bar Rue St. Louis (817 St. Louis St.). Open daily  11 a.m. to 2 a.m. with delivery to Quarter residents until 2 a.m. as well. [NOLA.com]

NOLA— NYC-based Restaurant Opportunities Center United plans to open a New location of its new gluten-free, 'socially-conscious' eatery Colors, which will also "double as a training program for restaurant workers seeking new skills."
