The Link Group has just debuted a sleek new dining room expansion at Warehouse District icon Cochon. The restaurant now boasts another 60-seats, complete with a mezzanine level and a second dining room that faces S. Diamond Street and includes a new bar.
The restaurant worked with its architect Brooks Graham on the project. Per Brett Anderson:
Link said the restaurant's expansion allowed his team to upgrade its kitchen and bar while opening up the restaurant to customers who have been routinely turned away do to lack of space.
Its been a busy year for the Link Group with an expansion to Nashville and the addition of Uptown bakery La Boulangerie to its empire. Donald Link has also just been announced as a James Beard Foundation Award Outstanding Chef finalist, and earlier this year established the Link & Stryjewski Foundation's annual gala fundraiser Bal Masque.
