McClure's Barbecue Closes Uptown To Focus on NOLA Taproom Location

Via McClure's Barbecue closes Magazine Street restaurant, keeps NOLA Tap Room location [NOLA.com] and All Shutter Reports [ENOLA]

Pitmaster Neil McClure has shuttered the three-year-old Uptown location of McClure's Barbecue, Todd Price reports, to focus on the booming business at his Nola Brewing Taproom location. McClure tells Price that he was a tad overwhelmed between the two locations, unable to do catering orders or even spend time with his family.

The Uptown spot is reportedly slated to become a Mediterranean restaurant.
