Cherry Espresso Bar Opens on Laurel; Hivolt Bakery Lands on Magazine

Uptown is home to two hot new coffee spots.

UPTOWN— Cherry Coffee,  the beloved third wave coffee pop up inside of Stein's, now has a brick and mortar shop Uptown. Todd Price reports that owner Lauren Fink serves Portland-based RoseLine Coffee, but also hosts guests roasters including Heart and Madcap.  Pastries are available from Lilette's Carrie Laird.     UPTOWN— HiVolt Coffee's brand new HiVolt Bakery is now open in the former P's & Q's pie shop.  Baker Liz Hollinger serves breakfast sandwiches, toast, and pastries, including vegan and gluten-free options.
