Brand New Bonafried Food Truck Hits The Streets

New truck specializes in pub grub & Belgian fries.

A new greasy spoon on wheels, Bonafried food truck, hits the streets Thursday, Helen Freund reports.  Partners Stephen Maher and Rebecca Elizabeth Hollingsworth have outfitted a former Hostess truck with a kitchen, and will specialize in all things fried, including wings, sliders, Belgian fries and more.

Bonafride will debut tomorrow at 7 p.m. at  The Rusty Nail. Its Mardi Gras schedule includes Saturday night at Gasa Gasa, Lundi Gras at the AllWays Lounge and Mardi Gras day at Kingpin.
