Brown Butter Launches Happy Hour; Best Lenten Fish Fries

MID CITY— As of February 17, Brown Butter is launching a new Happy Hour every Wed-Fri, 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. with half off burgers, draft beer and glasses of wine and more specials.
