FRENCHMEN STREET— Cafe Negril hub Ruben’s Taco Truck will expand with three concepts. Ruben's, a pizza/sandwich shop, Ruben's Brazil Taco Truck, serving fried chicken and barbecue, along with a Mexican restaurant set to open on the second floor of Cafe Negril, all from owner Ruben Leite.
