No Menu Tuesdays at Coquette
What: The team at Coquette mixes it up with food and wine pairings this week. Ryan Plas, the “wine guy,” will choose the wines first. Then, the chefs will come up with a five-course dinner to highlight the wines.

Huneeus Vintners Family Wine Dinner at Galatoire’s 33 Bar and Steak
What: Galatoire’s 33 Bar and Steak hosts a wine dinner with Huneeus Vintners (including Flowers and Quintessa). Dishes from executive chef Michael Sichel include passed hors d ’oeuvres; stone fruit and almond gazpacho; crab tortellini; fried Amish chicken breast; a stack of grilled short ribs, prime strip, and vegetable tartare; and a dark chocolate pot de crème.

Summer Shrimp Boil-Off
What: Chefs Ysaac Ramirez of Josephine Estelle, Ryan Haigler of Grand Isle, and Daniel Causgrove of Seaworthy are going head to head cooking their best Gulf shrimp dishes to benefit Audubon G.U.L.F. Institute. The winner will be crowned at sundown.

Leba-Cajun Sunday Dinner at Simone’s Market
What: Simone Reggie of Simone’s Market hosts a Leba-Cajun Sunday dinner featuring some of the Lebanese food she grew up eating. Right now, events are planned every Sunday and the menu will change a little each week (depending on what farmers have in excess). Grape leaves, the crowd favorite, will remain on the menu.
