NOLA— Todd Price reports that chef Aarón Sánchez and the John Besh Foundation have just launched a new scholarship as part of its Chefs Move program that will allow a local up-and-coming cook of Latino heritage to attend The International Culinary Center in New York along with Sánchez’s mentorship and travel to Mexico as well.
