MID CITY— Chef Michael Gulotta opens his anticipated Sicilian kitchen Tana inside Treo today, January 8. Expect a short, rotating menu perfect for carb lovers— boudin noir ragu with mint and a spicy, roasted garlic spaghetti with clams, crushed peppers and shellfish pangrattato both debut on the opening menu.
