New Rum Series Lands at Black Duck Bar In Palace Cafe

QUARTER— Author and rum historian Wayne Curtis will kick off a new series of tastings and talks for the New Orleans Rum Society at Palace Cafe's swanky new rum bar The Black Duck on February 17 at 6:30 p.m..
