Company Burger will open the doors of its new South Market District location tomorrow, September 22, in the swanky new restaurant hotbed The Paramount, according to Helen Freund. However, when reached by Eater, owner Adam Biderman would only verify that the new location is, in fact, 'softing' this week with an official opening to come. So be prepared for kinks that are working themselves out, etc. No word on the official grand opening date yet.
The hotly-anticipated expansion from New Orleans' beloved burger spot will bring a mean eat-in and take-out lunch business to CBD workers with more square-footage than the Freret mothership. It will also be a great new Saints pre-game location, complete with 25 or so beers on tap, booze and, you know, the best burgers in town. There has also been some mention of adding yard games and outdoor seating.
