QUARTER— Helen Freund reports that top New Orleans chefs—including Susan Spicer, Tenney Flynn and more— will cook up a six-course wine pairing dinner at the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas on September 24 to benefit Audubon Nature Institute's Gulf United for Lasting Fisheries program. $150/person, plus added bonus of dining with sharks.
