LAKEVIEW— Turducken specialist Chris' Specialty Meats, an expansion of the Cajun butcher brand with locations in Baton Rouge and Prairieville, has opened in Lakeview, Ian McNulty reports.Take-away items including hot boudin are now available, with sandwiches/plate lunches to come. GENTILLY— A gourmet burger spot Go Burger is now open near UNO from the folks behind Ethan's Hot Dogs, Helen Freund reports.  Adam Krolikowski, a R'evolution alum, runs the kitchen. Another location will open on the Westbank in a few weeks, and a third spot Flambeaux's is planned for the CBD this fall. Mon-Thurs, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Fri-Sat, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sun, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Status: Certified open at 1522 Robert E. ST. ROCH— La Mezcla, an authentic Tex Mex operation from Yvonne Molina and Cat Smith has taken over the former Lagos stand in St. Roch Market, Todd Price reports.
