Waffles on Maple Heads To Metairie

Uptown's kosher eatery and hangover helper Waffles on Maple is expanding to a new retail-development inside a former CVS Pharmacy at 4650 W. Esplanade sometime this fall, Ben Myers reports this week.  Owner Rotem Dahan opened Waffles on Maple in early 2014, and the signature "storefront made to look like a waffle" will apparently carry over to the new location,  which is currently under renovation. The building will house a half dozen retail/office spaces, three of which are reportedly still on the market.
