If you work in the CBD or medical district, be on the lookout for a new Thai truck, which has Eater tipsters writing in.  Thai D-Jing debuted on August 10 from baker and Gretna farmer's market regular Jeerasak Boonlert who is turning out pad thai noodles, spring rolls, egg rolls and more on the cheap with the help of fellow farmer's market vendor The Puddin' Shop as well.  An early Yelper claims "they also had these really interesting looking flower rice crackers for sale."

Promises of a Twitter account to come, but for now the hours and location of operation remain a mystery. Know how to get in touch with Thai D-Jing? Already tried Thai D-Jing and have good news/bad news? Send Eater a tip.
