Oh so sinful Bible Belt eatery Brown Butter is now serving up brunch every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with biscuits and gravy, shrimp and grits, tasso eggs benedict, and more incredible Southern dishes on the menu from chef Dayne Womax—who just won Gambit's Emerging Chef's Challenge in July—and partner Simon Beck. Plus, there's now a full bar. Here's the debut menu, though Beck tells Eater that it is subject to change in the weeks ahead:
