Commander's Is a Wine Powerhouse; Sushi Fest on Horizon

WAREHOUSE DISTRICT— As White Linen Night hits Julia Street and beyond this Saturday, here are yet more dining options, including Rock-N-Sake, American Sector and Emeril's. [Advocate]

GARDEN DISTRICT— Todd Price reports that Commander's Palace is a full on wine powerhouse these days, not only with a wine cellar boasting some 24,868 bottles under the watchful eye of  master somm Dan Davis, but now this: "Last week, 14 employees... took the two-day, level-one wine exam from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
