Seven year old barbecue staple and newly-added Jazz Fest vendor Squeal Barbecue has shuttered on Oak Street, Todd Price reports this week. Patrick Young, who owns the business with his brothers Eugene and Brendan Young, cites the Carrollton street car closure, construction, and the space being "too big" as reasons the restaurant had a tough go of it on Oak. The brothers Young will now 'focus on festivals', with no plans to open another location in the near future.
