Oskar Blues Beer Coming to a Bar Near You

Colorado brewery Oskar Blues is rolling out its beer on draft in a series of events in beer bars across town this week.

Oskar Blues Brewing out of Longmont, Colorado quietly started sending its iconic canned beer to supermarkets and liquor stores in Louisiana several weeks ago, but now that bars and restaurants will have access to its draft beer, the brewery is pulling out all the stops.

Tonight starting at 5pm, at the Avenue Pub, several brewery employees will be on hand to mingle with Oskar Blues beer fans while the Pub serves the regular lineup - Dale's Pale Ale, Old Chub Scotch Ale, Mama's Little Yella Pils, and Pinner Session IPA - as well as some special kegs of Deviant Dale's IPA, Grandma's Little Yella Pils, Judas Porter, and Game Con.

On Tuesday, the rollout will continue at the House of Blues. On Wednesday, Courtyard Brewery will be hosting the Oskar Blues folks with some special kegs and food truck deliciousness from Taceaux Loceaux.

Thursday night starting at 5pm, head on over to the Bywater to Junction Bar & Grill, where Dale's Pale Ale and Old Chub will be on draft and 16 oz cans of Deviant Dale's IPA will be on special. Brewery folks will be on hand at the Bywater beer bar until 8pm, so settle in over a pint and a burger.

Looks like the Oskar Blues folks came out here looking for a party - let's give them one.
