Get Ready for Second Line Brewing, Almost Open in Mid City

Second Line Brewing (433 N. Bernadotte) is very close to opening near Delgado and City Park. Final inspections are taking place this week and brewers Karl Menzer of Covington/Abita fame and Shane Glackin now on board alongside owners Mark and Karen Logan. The brewery's first beers will be a pale ale and an IPA. Taproom plans to come.

Also exciting news for Mid City: A new growlers-to-go shop 504 Craft Beer Reserve may open in November on Tulane Ave from Patrick Brown and Jason Paulin, who plan to do beer classes and food pairing events as well.
