Bellocq Launches New Cocktails; Where to Drink Beer This Weekend

WAREHOUSE DISTRICT—Bellocq at the Hotel Modern is hosting a shindig to celebrate its new summer cocktail menu next Wednesday, May 20 from 5 to 9 p.m. In addition to fresh interpretations of classic cocktails from Kirk Estopinal, there will also be music and light bites. [EaterWire]

CITYWIDE—American Craft Beer Week continues through Sunday with beer specials and events all over town. Worth checking out: oysters will be paired with Lazy Magnolia beers Saturday afternoon at Cooter Brown's, and on Sunday Junction Bar & Grill is throwing a backyard party featuring NOLA Brewing and 40 Arpent.
