Salon by Sucre, the gorgeous new Quarter restaurant from Sucre partners Joel Dondis and pastry chef Tariq Hanna, has been settling in with dinner service for about two weeks and officially launches lunch and tea service today, April 23, at noon.
Salon By Sucre has now reached peak dining synergy, with the bottom floor offering the sweet shop's signature desserts and third wave coffee via a swanky Modbar system, and the upstairs now operating at full steam with general manager and wine pro Braithe Tidwell running the FOH, and chef Hanna and sous Emily Crotty holding down the menu.
Speaking of which, behold the glory that is the menu.
Salon By Sucre Lunch and Tea Menu
An epic tea list is joined by tea-inspired cocktails from bar manager Beth McCaskey and finger sandwiches. Light lunch items include sliderettes, shrimp fettucine and more.
