And lo, Eater NOLA has almost reached the end of Burger Week and thus the end of our exploration of all things burger in New Orleans. So far we've named the hottest burgers in town right now, the best fine dining burgers, most underrated casual dining burgers, and the city's most iconic burgers.

Now let's turn our attention to pub burgers. Here are eight insane burgers to look for next time you want to saddle up to the bar.

Bars & Pubs

Sylvain

Chef Martha Wiggins' pub burger is topped with sharp cheddar and served with perfect hand cut fries. They also make a killer Abita root beer float with caramel ice cream from La Divina.

Oxalis

Chef Jonathan Lestingi turns out a great burger in the Bywater with the choice of your topping, and you can add a side on bone marrow for an extra four bucks. Wash it down with one of the finest craft cocktails in town.

St. Lawrence

This French Quarter haunt does pub grub right, including a fat burger, that is best accompanied by the chips and cheese dip and a Pimm's Cup daiq.

Yo Mama's

The French Quarter icon is home to the peanut butter and bacon burger that keeps locals and tourists coming back year after year. The ample selection of tequila isn't too shabby either.

Avenue Pub

The LGD beer mecca is home to an array of bar grub perfect for complimenting your brew. The Two Run Farms burger comes with your choice of topping and cheese, and you can add bacon in all its glorious forms too.

The Bulldog, Mid City

Nine glorious burgers are on the menu at this Mid City fave known for their awesome beer selection and dogs-allowed policy, including the pictured Dunkel burger with barbecue sauce, bacon and cheddar.

Backspace Bar & Kitchen

This CBD bar with a literary-meets-pin-up vibe actually serves up an incredible burger with Kobe beef, brie and bacon. Many folks consider this spot to be a great hidden gem for pub dining.

Barcadia

Nick Hufft, of Baton Rouge based burger food truck Curbside, actually creates the specialty burgers at Barcadia which range from classic to crazy—a burger topped with french onion soup, brunch burgers, etc. All patties are house ground and they've got truffle fries, y'all.

Capdeville

The CBD gem slings some of the best burgers in town, inclduing the Capdeville burger featuring swiss and fried onions, a barbecue beer burger, and various daily specials. Pus, truffle fries rule and they have poutine.

Bombay Club

The newly revamped French Quarter stunner is home to an array of martinis, British-inspired food and a killer bar menu which includes this simple but decadent cheeseburger.

Fulton Alley

What pairs better with bowling than a cheeseburger and beer? At this classy CBD bowling alley, chef Mike Nirenberg turns out cheeseburger and pork belly sliders and a juicy bacon cheddar burger. Great cocktail list too.
