The special: A barbecue cheddar burger with fried onions and jalapenos at Company Burger. The base of the barbecue sauce comes from Martin's Barbecue joint in Barnesville, Georgia. "A friend of mine sent it to me for Hogs For The Cause," owner Adam Biderman says. He uses it as a base because it's thin, comprised of only vinegar, mustard, and spice, so CoBu adds more ingredients to it to achieve its desired thickness.
