METAIRIE— Glen Hogh, former owner of Vega Tapas, was arrested and booked with failure to account for local taxes and tax evasion.The restaurant overcharged sales tax on customer bills, which Hogh tells the Times-Pic was actually a mix up and the "result of a computer error when the restaurant installed a new point of sale system."
