This month chef Alex Harrell will open the doors to his highly-anticipated refined Southern restaurant Angeline in the French Quarter.  Debuting inside the former Stella! space come Mid-March, Harrell and team will focus on creating dishes that respect New Orleans culinary tradition while blending in a wider range of Southern dishes (from Alabama and elsewhere) and mixing in some northern Mediterranean influences. On the beverage side, Jeff Grdinich, a bartender who has worked with Death & Company and Sylvain, will turn out food-friendly cocktails.

Harrell recently told Eater the food itself will be "super seasonal, super fresh, local" and "minimally prepared." Here's the menu.
