Hogs For The Cause, the preeminent pork-filled fundraising event for families of children with pediatric brain cancer, went down in City Park this weekend and if you happened to miss it, well... perfect weather, zero mud, great bands, and epic food made this year's event pretty much the best one yet. According to a press release, over 30,000 people were in attendance, and the teams alone raised $765,000.

As for the overall winner, Todd Price reports that Aporkalypse Now swept the High on The Hog Grand Championship, which means the team had the highest scores "after adding up the whole hog, ribs, pork butt/shoulder and porkpourri categories." Here are all the winners:

High on the Hog Grand Champion: Aporkalypse Now
Sauce: Captain Porkenheimer
Whole Hog: Aporkalypse Now
Shoulder/Butt: Bacon Rouge
Ribs: Aporkalypse Now
Porkpourri: Swine Krewe
Best Booth: House of Hogs
Top Fundraising: Fleur De Que
Best Friday Night Party: Deuce Pigalow Pork Gigolo (side note: They had a full on rave happening in their tent)
Fan Favorite: Mr. Pigglesworth

Hogs for the Cause also inducted the following into the Hog Hall of Fame: Porkin Gently's Matt Colosino, who makes the Hogs trophies. March of the Pigs' Andrew Shufordof, who is also Hogs' executive chef, and volunteer Jim Fein, who made those 10,000+ Jell-O shots this year.
